Practice wonderful yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques), learn key shiatsu/acupressure points to boost your health and happiness and share simple meditations and graceful Chi Gong movements. In the full day workshops, watch a cooking demonstration from our international chef (join in if you wish to learn some new culinary skills!) and enjoy a delicious vegetarian/vegan lunch (mainly gluten free). Make time for yourself to tone your body, clear your mind and calm your heart in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Recharge those batteries and go home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
